Betting Advice for January 7, 2021 (1.7.21)

Today we will be doing a martingale bet. If you guys do not know what this is, it is a bet where if you lose the first, you double the wager on the second. For example, if I bet 4 dollars on the first game and it loses, I will bet 8 dollars on the second game. The martingale ends when we win one bet. However, I will be doing a bit of a twist. If we win the first bet, I will put half the winnings on the first bet on the second game.

First bet:

Iowa -5 vs. Maryland

Units: 4 (8%)

Iowa is just a better team, plain and simple. Maryland struggled against an Indiana and lost to Clemson who are not even close to the caliber of Iowa

Second Bet:

Oregon +1.5 vs. COLO

The reasoning is on the POTD reddit thread but short and sweet, Oregon is underrated in this matchup and in my opinion, Oregon should be favored a bit.
